1. I think we're going to discipline ourselves even more in Heaven! The verse that comes to me is something about, "Unto the perfect day."—Pro.4:18. And there's a verse about how we "go on unto perfection" in that day.—Heb.6:1. What we've lacked here, we're going to gain There, including more self–sacrifice, self-discipline & greater perfection! (Maria: Oh, I thought we weren't going to have to have such problems There!) Honey, that's where we're going to be made perfect! I think there are a few verses like that. "The spirits of just men made perfect."—Heb.12:23. (See also Mat.5:48; 2Cor. 13:11; Eph.4:13; Col.1:28; 2Tim.3:17; Heb. 13:21; Jam.1:4; 1Pet.5:10.)

2. We're going on to a higher grade where more is expected of us & greater perfection. What we lacked here & what we failed in here, we're going to be expected to make up There, in the Millennium. I believe it, I really mean it! Of course, we're going to have a lot more help & more power to do it, & more incentive & more responsibility. We're going to have to be better There!

3. Look what a big job we're going to have! I can hardly even imagine the tremendous job we're going to have running the whole World! I have a hard enough time just running my own Family of 12,000 people, half of them children. There we're going to be responsible for literally millions! Of course, we're going to have to have much more strength, self-control, discipline, self-sacrifice & restriction. We'll have much more power to do it! But I'll tell you, in the next shift, in the next dispensation, in the Millennium, it's going to require a great deal more of us.

4. Then we'll all be kings & priests & ruling the World!—Rev.5:10. Can you imagine what a big job that is? Now we only have to read about it in the newspaper, but then we'll be it & it'll be our responsibility to govern & rule & reign! Of course, we'll have a lot more power & a lot more knowledge & wisdom & direct supervision & a lot of help from the Angels, but it's going to be a big job & I can't imagine just how we're going to do it! I just trust the Lord that He knows what He's doing & He thinks we are capable of whatever responsibility He gives us.

5. Of course‚ some shall have maybe only one city or five cities, ten cities or a state or a whole country!—Luk.19:17-19. My God‚ what a job! Of course, we'll have a lot of help!—Help from Above from the Lord & His Angels etc., but also help from below‚ from the kings & princes & governors & rulers of this Earth who will then be under our jurisdiction & control & will have to obey our orders! I believe they're probably going to do all they can to help, with our help.

6. So PTL! TYL! I'm looking forward to that Kingdom & having even greater responsibilities & greater obligations to rule & reign in justice! I'm sure the Lord is going to help us & will make us capable of doing the job. But I certainly don't look forward to the Millennium as being a time of floating around on flowery beds of ease!

7. I realise‚ however, that the Lord does say that the Saints & martyrs who have given their lives are going to have it a little easier There & shall "rest from their labours."—Rev.14:13. (Maria: In the Millennium?)—Yes! Probably the ones who had it so tough here are going to have it easier There. But a lot of us who have had it not–too-tough here are going to have more responsibility There & it's not actually going to be a rest. We haven't really worked too hard or actually given our lives or experienced suffering & torture & martyrdom. The martyrs have given all they could, they couldn't have given any more‚ so maybe they're going to rest a bit. But I think the rest of us are going to have even greater responsibility & "greater works shall ye do!"—John 14:12.

8. (Maria: On the other hand, like you've said in the Letters, sometimes living can be harder than dying! Some people who have lived for the Lord for many years have probably gone through more than some of the martyrs who haven't had to suffer too much except at the very end.) Well, I don't really know what the Lord means by "rest from their labours."—Maybe it means He's just going to give them a brief vacation & then He's going to put them back to work!—Ha!

9. He'll have to with the tremendous job we're going to have, trying to enforce the Kingdom of God on a lot of people who are rebellious & recalcitrant & who are not really liking it & don't even want it! It's going to be a real tough assignment! I'm looking forward to a big job in the Millennium, but we'll be much more powerful & have a lot more help. We're going to have even more self–discipline & self-control in the Millennium, because we have such a big job to do!

10. Lord help us all to resist temptation & be more conservative & have greater self-control! Lord, help us even to try to eat less! (Maria: Amen! It's like an addiction. It gets to be a habit that has a real hold on a person, like a spiritual thing.) Yes, gluttony is one of the "seven deadly sins" & it's really demonic.
