Suggestion: You may want to use these praise bites as a Christmas activity. You can cut them up, put them in a bowl and pass them around the circle, reading them together for praise time.
Jesus, I spell out the meaning of Christmas, in gratitude to You: C for Christ, H for heart, R for redemption, I for inspiration, S for special, T for truth, M for mercy, A for appreciation, S for salvation!
Jesus, I want to give You something different this year: three hundred sixty-five days of love and thanks and praise—not tidy little packages, but huge ones, bursting at the seams.
You’re the best Christmas gift ever, Jesus. There’s always plenty for everyone, and the best part is that the more I share You with others, the more of You I have for myself.
Your Father gave His best: He gave us You. You gave Your best: You died for me. Now it’s my turn. I’m not much, but I’m all Yours.
I don’t know if I can fathom all it cost You to leave Your throne that night, but the part I can imagine makes me want to love You forever.
Thank You for leaving the halls of Heaven to be born on Earth, then to live and die amongst us, and thereby to change the world—and my life.
Thank You that Your birthday provides me with the means to share You with others, as the hearts of many are more receptive to the message at this time each year.
As the branches of a Christmas tree are adorned with beautiful ornaments, may I likewise be an adorned branch that calls attention to You, the Tree of Life.
Though You came as a little child, Your warmth, love, and peace soon spread through the whole earth. Your love is ready to enter into every heart that welcomes You.
O little Babe of Bethlehem, though You lie so still, You awaken in us the joy, love, and peace that You wish to spread throughout the world.
At this special time of year, we mark the most marvelous occasion of all time: the arrival of the beautiful love gift from Above—the gift from the heart of the Heavenly Father to His needy children!
Jesus, You are the Master of the Universe, Child of the Stars. The stars and angels welcomed Your birth, as we welcome You to our hearts in praise and thankfulness.
Thank You, Jesus, for leaving the halls of Heaven and Your place of glory, to become one of us, born as a tiny baby into a world of sin, so that You could set us free from it.
You slept with the poor. You dined with the rich. You danced with the joyful, and wept with the broken in heart and body. You became like us, so that we could become like You.
Hope came at Christmas, in the form of a baby boy.
Love came at Christmas, with the life You lived and enjoyed.
Faith came through salvation, purchased by You who bled;
To save all of us sinners, that we might live again!
