Dear Fellow Spirit Warriors,
GBY and I hope this collection is a blessing in sorting out the Who's Who of the Spirit World. Please excuse the flaws, this is not a WS project, but a personal one.
There are other references to both friends and foes in the Letters that I'm sure I've missed and this isn't meant to be comprehensive, although I have tried to include the majors.
Friends and Foes that relate to a specific field have not been included, such as Lexipython and Croswell who fight the field of India, or various guardians and helpers for a specific field such as Haffad and Mundi in Africa. This would have made the study too exhaustive, or rather, made me too exhausted--ha! Perhaps in part 2.
From the Word we know that the Good Side is larger than the evil. Specifically, the Devil drew only one third of the angels to his side, while we have two thirds on our side. On top of that our side is far stronger because they have Jesus backing them (and us) up, while our foes only have the "Punk" of whom it will be said, "Is this the man that made the earth to tremble, that did shake kingdoms;?!" (Is 14:16)
In the words of Elisha:
"And he answered, Fear not: for they that be with us are more than they that be with them. -- And Elisha prayed, and said, LORD, I pray thee, open his eyes, that he may see. And the LORD opened the eyes of the young man; and he saw: and, behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire round about Elisha." (2KI.6:16&17)
