Last night I dreamed such a wonderful dream,
The angels were singing and dancing with me,
There in the stars we were flying so free!
"Sweet dreams tonight", I heard them say,
"We'd like to invite you to come out and play!"
When shadows fall, angels draw near,
Softly they call, music I hear, filling the air.

Seven bright angels appear by my bed,
Two hovering over and two at my head,
One takes my left hand and one holds my right,
And one guides my footsteps toward wonderful sights!
Heaven is open for us to explore,
We fly to God's house,
He opens the door,
There's so much more!

When shadows fall, angels draw near,
Softly they call, music I hear,
Filling the air, singing so clear,
Heaven is here.
