HAVE A GOOD LAUGH AT YOURSELF [KIDS]

KeyWords: Witnessing (About),
I was feeling oh, so sad
That I went to see a friend I have.
I moaned and groaned, "Won't you listen please!
I've got some problems, can you help me!
"When playing games with my friends
I always lose, I never win.
I am so short, I miss the ball,
Or when I catch it I always fall."
Chorus:
He said, "Have a good laugh at yourself,
It'll do you good!
You're taking life too seriously!
It's better to try laughing all your tears away
'Cause everyone needs a smile today."
"To put on my shoes it takes so long,
Then I find out I've tied them wrong.
When I whisper I'm still too loud.
I put my pants on and they're inside out."
I felt so sad, I started to pout,
And one more thing - oh! I can't even count!
I got on my knees and started to pray,
Then I heard Jesus so lovingly say:
Chorus:
"Have a good laugh at yourself, it'll do you good!
You're taking life too seriously!
It's better to try laughing all your tears away
'Cause every-one needs a smile today!"
So there's no use in feeling sad,
Though I have problems, everybody has!
So with a smile and a laugh
I remember that things aren't so bad!
[Repeat second chorus twice]
'Cause everyone needs a smile today!
