[Comment: This is a quite complete guide to feeding babies and toddlers, including tips on weaning, when and how to introduce solids (including sample timetables and menu charts), as well as how to prepare and store purchased baby food. This book gives many nutritious recipes, some of which can be used for the whole family. Emphasis is on creating good eating habits and minimizing sugary, starchy foods.]
