Let Me help you sort out the chaff from the wheat in your heart and mind, and then let Me help you even use the chaff to pave the pathway for those who will follow you, those you will work with, those you will care for and shepherd--even your own children, the little ones that I have given you. For as you set down the chaff--the hurts and grudges, the mix-ups and misunderstandings and misjudgments--as you let it go from your arms and lay it out on the ground before you, it helps prepare the way for those who will come after you.
You have tasted the bitterness of the chaff, and know that eating it does not bring nourishment, health or pleasure. So you can learn and help others learn to set it down, to put it under your feet and walk upon it. Each experience that you have is an opportunity for learning, and the difficult experiences, the chaff, give you more material with which to pave the way for those that you will later instruct and guide.
