         Few people take sufficient time to rest in My arms and find strength from My Spirit and My Word. This is what I want you to do for Me--spend time in My Word. You will find faith, peace and rest as you absorb My Word. As a newborn baby cannot grow or be nourished without spending time resting in the arms of his mother, drinking the life-giving milk from the breast, so must you rest in My arms, drink of My Words, and grow in faith by absorbing My Word.
         This is a necessary part of your growth in Me, to walk with Me, talk with Me, listen to Me, be rooted and grounded in Me and My Word, establishing yourself in the faith. Be very careful that the cares and burdens of this present life and world do not crowd out your special time with Me.
         To receive My strength and My blessings, you must complete the cycle: Believing and receiving Me, which you have done; reading and absorbing My Word, which you are doing; then obeying and acting upon the things that I show you through My Word. You must be doers of the Word and not hearers only. If you obey My Word, you will receive the strength and health and blessings that you need and desire in this precious life I have given you.
