         To fulfill My will today is not a matter of just today, it is a matter of long preparation--especially when it concerns those who know Me not. I must begin a work in their lives years in advance. I work in their hearts and in their lives in order to prepare them for the time that I will use them to fulfill My will.
         This is the mind of God and the working of the Spirit--to know these things well in advance and to work in the hearts of those involved so that they may be in the right place, at the right time, in the right frame of mind, and in the right position of heart to be willing to do My will--even though they do not know that it is My will that they perform.
         It is also a matter of prayer--the prayers of those who are seeking My will. If there is not a prayer and a diligent seeking of My will, then these opportunities can be missed, for your prayers have influence. Your prayers influence these that I work on, for they have a choice whether to listen to the Spirit of God or to listen to the spirit of evil. Through the prayers of My children there is greater influence by My Spirit. When you pray diligently, My Spirit predominates in the heart of the one for whom you pray, and it is easier for them to choose that which is right.
         When you pray diligently and faithfully, when you seek Me for a matter, so can My Spirit be empowered in a person's life. Your prayers affect those for whom you pray and make it possible for their hearts to be changed and moved in My direction. I do not force people to do things that they choose not to do, but through your prayers you enhance the power of the Spirit which speaks to their hearts. You increase the receptivity of their hearts, so that My hand can turn them.
